She discovered that the problem was often deeper than communication alone. Beneath the repeated conversations and disappointments was a pattern in which a woman’s desire to feel cherished became tangled with protection, pressure, and fear.
Caitlin calls this pattern The Closing Loop.
After supporting more than 200 women, Caitlin developed The Radiant Heart Method, a body-based, three-phase approach that helps women receive love more openly, express their hearts more clearly, and evoke greater tenderness, affection, and connection in their relationships.
Her work draws from relational neuroscience, attachment research, and somatic healing to help women create shifts they can feel in the ordinary moments of their relationships, not only during conversations, therapy sessions, or romantic getaways.
